USAID After School Support Program (ASSET) aims to develop employability and entrepreneurial skills in youth, increase the likelihood of them making informed career choices, and increase their positive attitude
towards future.

Preparing Kosovo Youth for 21st Century Life and Work, through  

  • partnership with 16 upper secondary schools in Kosovo; 
  • each school has Makerspace equipped with.modern educational technology; 
  • 16 Student Technician Clubs established and functional;  
  • 16 Career Clubs established and functional; 
  • 759 teachers reached through 5 MESTI approved and 20+ short courses;  
  • the set of 10 soft skills introduced in schools; 
  • 7500+ students benefiitted from the career protal Busulla.COM
  • 4800+ students involved in creating 150 + school projects; 
  • 550+ students involved in Community Youth Mapping activities & 31 research reports produced; 
  • 80+ student enterprises established & 2290+ students trained; 
  • 110 projects created through Design Challenge competitions; 
  • 500+ students engaged through Design Challenge competitions;
  • 56 videos created & published in the career portal Busulla.COM; 
  • 180 career information sessions held with guest speakers; 
  • 140+ agreements reached between schools & businesses & organizations;   
  • 900+ students involved in short work experiences;.
